M'Cat Creations was founded with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more!

TAT (Turn Around Time):

MCC will begin giving updated TATs once the order has been 100% paid and is actually added to the queue.

Generally TATs run 7-14 business days.

MCC will no longer accept any type of rush orders, because it unfairly puts other customers at a longer wait time.

A TAT will be estimated when the tumbler(s) are pulled & prepped in accordance with where it falls in line. (Previously, the TAT meant the time it took before I even started your cup and did not include how long it took to complete.)

Your TAT is subject to change based on personal or world events, such as personal illness or tragedy, inclement weather impacts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our products are art, and are hand crafted with extreme care. They take a significant amount of time and creative energy. The integrity of the work is dependent upon the alignment of day-to-day workflow and creative environment.

Base Pricing:

Base pricing includes 2 colors of any medium and 1 decal, name, or monogram only.

Specialty Fees:

A $10.00 specialty fee will be applied based on the complexity, and/or specialty design/technique.

How do I receive my piece of art?

Customer pickup (preferred), shipping, or delivery (with fee).

Delivery Fee:

We will offer delivery in and around our area, but a $5.00 fee will be applied, otherwise it will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for pickup. In addition, this detail must be agreed to before the work starts. If shipping, MCC will facilitate all needed actions.

By paying the invoice you hereby accept to the below statements & conditions by M’Cat Creations with understanding that MCC Custom Products are hand made solely by MCC, and imperfections are uniquely imperfect, i.e.: minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable.

There are multiple approval opportunities through the entire process, so there will be no refunds of any monies returned to customers, unless error or potential damage is on MCC’s part.
